Availability, inclusions and the final INR price are confirmed before payment.
Products and downloads
Downloaded digital files are not returnable. Contact us within 7 days if files are corrupted or materially different from the description.
Bookings
Setup appointments may be moved subject to notice and staff availability.
Refund timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval.
